and what happen is that i got a message says that the service was strted and then stoped ...
as you see no enough information to go ahead

Actually, now there is.
Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->Event Viewer
Check the event viewer and see what errors are reported there. That may give us a clue as to why the service is not running. Also, from the services viewer, you can pick that service and see what services it depends upon. The problem may be one of those services.
