My idea would be to do what the error message says to do, which is to go to Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->Services and verify that sql server reporting services is running. Is it? If not, start it. It allso mentions that the RPC server is not
listening. Start the Remote Procedure Call services if they are not running.
